The thermostat appears to be working correctly, and it shows a current room temperature on the screen. It accepts changes from the phone app. When looking at the app, though, it isn't sending the current temperature reading to the app. I pulled the batteries and replaced them, thinking that would be a soft re-set. No change. There are two other thermostats and both are sending all data back to the app without issue. What might be the cause, or more importantly, the solution? TIA
