I don't know what AVR is, but the volume can only be changed now by using the Pioneer system in the other room, the remote can't control it. Was saying I also noticed the C4 touch pad in the room wont adjust the volume either. I am thoroughly stumped with this.

Hello, We have a media room with c4. My sister connected to one of the Bluetooth connections one-day playing music and ever since, the remote can no longer control the volume. The volume went out and the only way to hear it again is to change the setting on our pioneer sound system in the other room (changing it to DVD or CBL/SAT) The touch screen control panel stays at 70% volume and cant be adjusted. is there an easy solution I don't know about?
