  1. Snap one recently awarded Coolabode the Control4 Circle Of Excellence award at CEDIA for: • Pushing the envelope in innovation • Having market leading smart home strategies • Having cemented ourselves as an industry leader in home automation This is a great honour for us as there are there are 6000 dealers worldwide, 600 dealers in Canada and only 6 Canadian dealers recognized. We at Coolabode would like to thank all of our excellent clients for trusting us to deliver their home automation needs. We look forward to continuing to push innovation further!
  2. I have a TV with a digital optical connected to the Triad One. The TV has no stereo output. I want the audio from the tv to go to the rest of the audio zones on a C4 Amp. Can I use the stereo out on the triad one to the input on the Amp? Is this the best possible way? Thanks!
  3. Controller Reboot Driver still works. I use it all the time.
  4. The 810, should definitely help with what you are trying to accomplish. I don't have enough experience with Eero to comment on that. Yes, you would have to source used from something like ebay or from a dealer.
  5. I know this is basic as hell, but have you tried re-installing?
  6. You'll have to upgrade to at least the T3 or higher. Or get your dealer to bring you back to an older OS.
  7. Using the relays on a Z2IO is probably going to be your best option. The DS2 has a relay on it as well if you already have one.
  8. Ecobee or Nest if you want small.
  9. You can confirm your client has a valid 4Site Subscription?
  10. This is correct. Netgear is extensively in the Do Not Use list. Get yourself a PoE switch that plays nice with C4 and you should be good. Can't go wrong with Araknis.
  11. You can also try deleting Digital Media driver and re-adding.
  12. It could be a driver that is automatically added when your TV or AVR driver was added to your project. Often they come with additional "add-ons" that aren't really used.
  13. Use conditionals to create these parameters. Will be in programming on the right side. I'd put it on the schedule programming.
  14. Just installed a Hikvision NVR on Friday with no issues. Like Matt said, when you go to the URL of your NVR or cameras, are they showing up? You might try removing your cameras on the app and manually adding them back as well.
  15. Get your dealer to hide it from navigators. You won't be able to this yourself unfortunately.
  16. Also check 2.4Ghz channels to make sure they are on 1 and 6. Agree with above that you should disable fast roaming as well.
  17. Changing network equipment will pretty much always result in issues with C4. If you had static reservations on the old router, your devices won't work unless they are either network reset (preferable) or factory reset (not preferable). You can only network reset on controllers. If you login to your current router, can you see all your devices on the client list that are supposed to be there? My guess is some are missing.
  18. Thanks for the kinds words and we are always here for you @nierbopj! One of the big bonuses of a remote dealer who is responsive and aware of the homeowners situation is that you decrease the chances of getting abandoned by your dealer at the worst possible time. Enjoy the cross country move!
  19. Thanks for the kind words @pvonnur it was a pleasure working with you. Its sad to see many of these local dealers fleecing Control4 homeowners. Glad we can help you in a timely manner!
