  1. Hello All, I am having an issue with my Pentair IntelliChlor Salt Cell showing high readings when the I-Link is connected to Control4. I have a Pentair Intellitouch I9 control system connected to Control4 (EA3) via the Pentair I-Link Adaptor along with the ScreenLogic2 Interface. If I disconnect the 4-pin cable (used for the I-Link Adaptor) from the com port on the intellitouch system, my salt cell reading shows 3050 ppm, which is the correct reading based on the water test. When I reconnect the 4-pin cable to the com port, my salt cell reading will begin to show high ppm. The reading will vary between 3150 and 5400 ppm anytime the system is restarted. I contacted the Pentair rep to service the salt cell thinking that was the problem at first. They replaced the salt cell and the I-Link Adaptor, but it still has the same issue. The com ports were also tested and confirm to be working correctly. I had my pool and control4 installed about a year ago. I contacted my control4 installer and they can't figure out what's going on with it. We are both trying to work through the issue and I figured there has to be someone else out there that has seen this issue.
