  1. Awesome thanks! Sorry, not a total newbie - new to C4 but experienced in general IOT and basic computing. I'll reach out to a few people for Composer HE and will always make sure to have a backup.

  4. I don't have Composer at the moment - but would like one. My OS is OS2 with Director Version 2.10.1.544795-res. I haven't updated it as I was told it'd screw up the way my Texecom security is integrated into it. Thank you!
  5. Hi all, My weather app has frozen and stopped working - when I search for a city under "City Search", nothing shows up. What's the best way to fix this? I presume it's just a software bug. If it's something that should be done on Composer HE - please can someone kindly provide me one? Thank you very much. Best G
  6. Thanks both! Really appreciate it. Would it still work given we're in different countries and time zones? I pretty much encounter two issues Hardware issues (once every... 2-3 years?) in which case I require a local dealer Occassional bugs which I hope I can resolve myself via Composer HE but a remote dealer would be fine for ad hoc services Currently, my weather app has frozen and stopped working - when I search for a city, nothing shows up. Does this just require a reinstall of the driver? (Note the software version is an old version because of integration issues with my Telecom security system - hope this is fine). @chopedogg88 what's the best way forward? shall I drop you a direct message?   7. Hi all, My dealer has increased his price by more than 200% over the past year. Does anyone know the best way to find a new dealer in London (UK)? I'd be more than happy for a remote service, and to be provided Composer HE if possible to manage the small things myself. Kind regards, G
  8. Dear C4 community, I have a T3 Touch Panel that was working fine until recently (e.g. it would freeze when someone rang the doorbell). Today, I tried resetting it but it came up with the error message "No Command.". This was displayed under the C4 logo with the yellow triangle exclamation mark. I tried a full factory reset but no luck. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks very much G
  9. For closure (and if anyone else, present or future, is interested), I seem to have found a solution. I turned off and on the "trigger" button at the back of the amplifier and seems OK for now. I have no idea why this is needed - I only have one amp. Fingers crossed going forward.
  10. Hi all, Like London buses, my C4 issues seem to arise all at one go... I have a C4 amplifier (8 zones), linked to Sonos ceiling speakers (10 speakers, 5 zones). One of the Sonos speakers wasn't working, and I identified the cause to be a faulty RCA cable. However, after I replaced the RCA cable, the amplifier kept "tripping" after a couple of minutes which requires a reset (all speakers now working). The audio matrix seems to continue working. Strangely, it still keeps tripping even though I (i) remove the new RCA cable, (2) reattach the faulty RCA cable, (3) turn on all speakers except that zone. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do next? Thank you.

OS2 (apparently I can't update it without causing issues with my security alarm system) No luck with soft and hard reboot Very intermittent (yesterday was terrible - every few seconds, but today seems better (every few minutes or so) I strongly suspect something is wrong with the touch screen itself vs a software issue unfortunately Let me see how it plays out - may need replacing / fixing if it gets worse I guess.

Hi all One more question from me I have three Heatmiser zones connected to the NeoHub, and then to C4. 2 of the zones can be used either by C4 or the Heatmiser app. One zone however, is not synced to C4. It just shows "..." where the temperature is meant to be. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
  13. Hi all I have 3 touch screens. One of them (the main one) keeps refreshing / turning on every minute or so (i.e. the screen saver keeps cutting out back to the home screen). I've checked the connections and screen saver settings, and it all seems fine. Not a big issue, but quite annoying and distracting... Does anyone have any suggestions on what is going on? Thanks very much for everyone's inputs in advance.
  14. Dear all, Hope everyone is doing well. I just purchased a new home where the owner has left an existing C4 controller and system (Curtains, music, security, thermostat). All equipment has been left behind. I have managed to get everything set up using an ethernet connection to the router. However, I can't seem to connect both wifi and ethernet at the same time. When I connect the wifi, the ethernet disconnects and the devices stop working. Could it be because of an IP issue as I use two different routers (one for ethernet, and one for wifi)? This is because the coaxial cable is located in a different cupboard and cannot be linked physically via an ethernet cable. Might anyone have any solutions? Unfortunately I live in central london, so calling someone for help would cost between £200 to £400... Thanks very much. G
