I have a C4 EA-5. Worked great for almost 3 years. I use it to control my alarm keypad, and the alarm controls are integrated into my C4 programming. Recently, the C4 system has stopped controlling my alarm keypad. I hoped this would fix itself with time, as sometimes that does happen. But, it's not been a couple of weeks, and the alarm keypad is still not working with C4. Any ideas and steps I should take to try and fix this myself? Thanks!
