C4 new guy's Achievements

I am new to this and an end user of Control4. I am in a small town and bought from the only dealer. I am getting a little frustrated as my system needs some tweaks but takes them days upon days to reply and fix. Am I at the mercy of them or can I get a program to make my own changes and adjustments.
