  1. Is there any way for me to do the update myself? I got Composer Home Edition because I wanted to have more control over my system without always needing to pay to make things work again. I fully understand that if I break it, then it makes sense to have to pay to have it returned to a working status. However, after watching the installers do their work several times, I am very familiar with the interface.
  2. I tried a search for AppleTV, and everything I saw was either unrelated (it seemed) to my issue, or from 2015.
  3. My apple TV did an update, and now it is not responding to the Control4 system. As the Title states, I am running an EA5 with version 3.0.0 of the Control4 software. The installed AppleTV OSD driver is version 113. I know this combination of C4 software and OSD driver is good, as it controlled the AppleTV without issue for months. Then, my AppleTV decided to update itself... The AppleTV is running tvOS 13.0 (17J586), and this appears to be the latest version as using the AppleTV remote to hit "Update Software" tells me so. I have tried following the instructions in the AppleTV OSD driver (I have Composer Home Edition, so I can access a LOT of the backend on my own). These instructions tell me to navigate to "Settings > Remotes and Devices > Remote App And Devices" on the AppleTV, which I do. However, the menu on the AppleTV for this option is completely blank, and does not show any of the options that the OSD instructions show. I have still tried to click "Send Pairing Command" while on this blank menu on the AppleTV, but nothing changes. If I enable Debug Mode on the EA5 under the AppleTV OSD, this is what I am seeing over and over and over: 10/07/19 19:07:22 : Initializing connection 10/07/19 19:07:22 : Connected on port 49152 10/07/19 19:07:27 : EVQ - Timeout while connected - Count: 1 on connection 6001 10/07/19 19:07:27 : Disconnected from port 49152 10/07/19 19:07:27 : Initializing connection 10/07/19 19:07:27 : Connected on port 49152 10/07/19 19:07:32 : EVQ - Timeout while connected - Count: 1 on connection 6001 10/07/19 19:07:32 : Disconnected from port 49152 10/07/19 19:07:32 : Initializing connection 10/07/19 19:07:32 : Connected on port 49152 10/07/19 19:07:37 : EVQ - Timeout while connected - Count: 1 on connection 6001 10/07/19 19:07:37 : Disconnected from port 49152 I have verified my AppleTV's static IP is correct, and that the EA5 is still pointed to that IP. It is. I have tried changing the IP address inside of the EA5, just to see if those log messages change. If I change it to an incorrect IP, it just times out after 10 seconds (never "connects" on port 49152). I really don't want to have to pay for a tech to come out here, just to do something that I might be able to do myself. Does anyone have any ideas? And no, I can't just use the AppleTV remote, as the location that my AppleTV lives is nowhere near the rooms that we actually watch it from (we have a video distribution system, so I really need the EA5 to be able to control it).
