  1. My Roku is Ultra 4800R - Purchased 2/16/22. All in US (New York). On the Samsung, it was working, but with the latest firmware v. 1391 the direct access went away. I have other models which did not update (I've now turned off autoupdate) which still work. Netflix is on the main screen, and selectable with the tv remote or through the app switcher, its just the mini app launcher that does not work.
  2. Have an issue driving me crazy. I have a system with 10 TVs in various rooms all are Samsung Smart TVs, on average 2 years old. I had the Netflix mini driver working on all TVs, until a recent firmware update broke programming for 3 of them. All other mini drivers (hulu, amazaon, etc.) work perfectly on these TVs. Given the stability of Roku I decided to order one for the 3 TVs where the netflx app wasn't working, thinking it would be a good solution. Unfortunately, even the Roku is displaying the same behavior - When Netflx is pressed from the mini app, the TV turns on, selects Roku, but does not launch Netflx. Again, each other mini driver works with the Roku. I figured there was an issue with the mini-driver, so I asked my programmer (Ari) to delete and re-add. That didn't work. It does work when I launch from the Roku Apps, but would rather have Netflx in the Watch menu to avoid the extra set. Very frustrating, and I'm about to give up on the shortcut. Anyone else experience a similar issue? Thanks in advance.
  3. Question for the group. I installed my Chime and Ari did all programing so I get a chime sound through certain speakers when the button is pressed. I would like to have my T3 touchscreens ring as well, and show video feed etc. but can't seem to get it to initiate a call. Any thing I missing?
  4. Same here on 3.1.3. I cleaned up my stations by deleting those I never use and now get the full list to match the app. I'm assuming at some point, there was a station limit imposed on the driver..
  5. FWIW - I have 7 hydronic radiant zones in my house (bathrooms, entry, garage, etc). Each has a tekmar 532 thermostat, which is super simple, and connects to slab / floor sensors. The thermostats hook to tekmar 315 valve controllers to control zone actuators / boiler end switch and tie into tekmar 482 RS232 gateway, which connects to my EA5. It's complicated, but works flawlessly. I appreciate the wall thermostats, particularly for guest rooms, master bath etc. as an easy way to control the floor temp without going through C4. Yet C4 control is great for remote control, macros, etc. to turn on / off floors remotely...
  6. I had the same issue with an IP controlled samsung - paired with SDDP and worked fine until a power cycle, then wouldn't respond after a power on (apparently C4 is waiting for confirmation that the TV turned on, which it never gets, and therefore won't issue any other commands). My fix was to add a DHCP reservation for the set (once paired with SDDP), and has worked flawlessly since. Might be worth a shot.
  7. Any updates on this issue? I have 2 7100s recently installed - one works perfectly, the other has the same issue the OP noted - Ea-5 never receives confirmation that TV was turned on, even though it does turn on.
