@chopedogg88 as mentioned previously I don't know much about IP driver.... I have Apple TV4K device and Control 4 Remote pairing was working fine (Used only Control4 remote to navigate in Apple TV) until I updated Apple TV os and that was the only reason I came to this forum to get that pairing done... OS update was my add on... I understand there may be some limitations for some things getting done ....

Don't worry its not going to do any good for both of us just delete this discussion .

I came to this site (if you look at my question before I asked) with pairing my remote to Apple TV and you said you will fix that forget about OS update its no way helpful for my problem...and it was an addon when I don't get basic why I need add on... you should understand that and atleast be proactive next time and remember posting here doesn't harm me any way but as per our chat I made payment just to make you happy and you posted negative about me before we ended our conversation ..Hats off

Hi There, Can any one help me with my situation. I have Control4 OS 2.9 and have Apple 4K TV when I tried to update my Apple TV OS the sync between my Control4 (IR) remote is gone...Is there a easy way to fix it my dealer is not ready to help me on this.Can some one throw me some light on this
