Maybe I am going to the wrong website but when I go to control4.com and scroll to the bottom to "Contact us" it goes to a "We're Listening" with a drop down list. While I agree that it provides a form, depending on the selection, other vendors (not necessarily home automation) have a dedicated suggestion portal. I am just trying to determine the best way to submit constructive suggestions for consideration.
I understand that it isn't Windows or Android but a proprietary operating system. I also am not trying to be critical or adversarial in any way but helpful, if I can. I used to have a system from a competitor and the service was terrible. I really like my Control4 system and my installer. I also understand that my installer wants to be an installer and not a company that tweeks the graphics on a remote, etc. This is what makes C4 very likable for me with the ability to have Composer HE. As a newbie to the platform I am learning and discovering and where I feel I can be helpful with some suggestions to help further the greatness of this platform I would like to do so in a respectful manner to my fellow users as well as the dealers.
For all my fellow C4 forum members, please excuse me if I tend to be rather forward at times, it's just my character. My intent is to learn, share and contribute as best I can.
