Just wanted to say a big thank you to Chris. Was recommended to him by a user here and couldn't be happier. Chris helped me with my needs and has contacted the manufacturer for me to find out more details. He also did a quick review of my system and highlighted some issues and tidied up what was another dealer's mess. 100% will use him again and bounce ideas off of him. He is currently looking into a CCTV package for me. Only negative point about him....he is "remote" and not local to me! Thanks Chris.

I understand that the remote does not learn, it is the controller that does. The device is already in my system. CrustLoafer is helping me with commands.

Oh that's annoying, I only need a few buttons done and my dealer charges £65 for what is about 8 mins work. Thanks for the reply buddy.

Hi Guys, I am new to Control4 and new to this forum. Looks like a great community. I am considering having a look at Composer HE to see what it can offer but just wanted to know if it had the ability to learn IR commands for existing devices in the house? I need to teach the C4 remote some of the buttons from my other device. Thanks in advance.
