  1. Thanks Matt, I am a control4 dealer. This is something I am working on at home as it would be nice to deploy this scenario to some of my customer projects. We often have multiple foxtel boxes or roku devices on our projects. Was hoping there was an easier way without having to custom program each job. We normally have Foxtel1 and Foxtel2 that our clients can select from but its always up to the client to know which one is being used by another room. The idea was to have one icon as foxtel and then control4 would select which ever one wasn't in use.
  2. I couldn't find anything on the forums for this so not sure if this could be done. I have two telstra TV boxes which runs Foxtel, Netflix, Youtube etc. I have 5 video zones which all use these boxes for Foxtel and some other apps. Is there a way to have one icon for say "Foxtel" and have control4 select the telstra box that is available if one is already in use. I am using a 6x6 matrix for my video distribution so all sources are available to each display.
  3. Exciting times, finally found the right mix of drivers to get my ardunio to talk to control4 and turn relays on or off. I have been looking for quite some time for a driver that talks to arduino via TCIP. Didn't have much luck so I thought I would try and mesh a few different drivers together to get this working. I managed to bind lighting drivers to a virtual relay driver which I used to send HTTP commands to the arduino which turns the relays on and off. It worked a treat with 32 relays on a 5volt power supply. This got me thinking maybe I can use these relays to control my heating and cooling as I was told I am unable to connect my Bonaire system to control4. So I bound a few Z2IO's (one for each zone) to use as a thermometer and linked the relays to a software thermostat to turn the heating and cooling zones on and off. (my heating and cooling has a two wire thermostat option as well as digital) This worked well but there was a great deal of programming. So my question is, is there a driver for arduino relay control? and has anyone tried to integrate arduino into their projects? I see alot of rasberry pi and homekit but nothing on arduino.
  4. There is no option to set EA3 volume through programming. We use the EA3 to play tune in radio through multiple amps in multiple rooms, so volume is not really an issue. But we find that by having the EA3 set to 100% the audio is not clear.
  5. We often get long power outages here which resets controllers and my digital audio out volume on the ea3 changes to 100% on reboot I’ve only noticed this issue when some of my clients had come back to me saying that the audio seems distorted!! It seems to revert back to 100% on reboot. is there a fix for this or a work around?
  6. Is there a way to make the Neeo's custom button change colour or show some sort of response to let the user know that this button is active? Similar to experience button how the state changes to show if the button is active or not. Also is there a plan to have the battery status programmable like the SR-260? ie: setting notifications when battery is lower than 5%.
  7. It is possible, take a look at the yatun software thermostat driver
