I'm super new to this stuff. Just working with a contractor on installing a Control4 system in the house, but I too really hate the Control4 gate unit. (it's too modern, too tall... and only 2 colors?) If I understand correctly, with the eHoloVision call button won't product a doorbell ring on the Control4 panels, and only sends a 'phone ring' to the users cell phone? Can you register the eHoloVision 'number' and tell the cell phone to play a distinctive ring? (or, can you create distinctive rings on the Control4?) Thanks for your patience. I really don't want to be stuck with the Control4 gate entry unit. - Peter

Hello Eggzlot, How did your test with the eHoloVision control panel come out? We are currently about to install a Control4 home system, but I really don't like how their keypad gate unit looks (It's too tall, and way too modern.). I prefer the DoorKing 1812 style of discreet n classic. But if forced to get something other than DoorKing, it would be great to find out that eHoloVision's 1041-Ring or 732 worked well with that Control4 entertainment system.
