  2. Any update on this? Not trying to complain but it's been a month with this annoying issue...
  3. Glad to hear more people are having the same issue. It's definitely on the C4 side, if you were to play music over any other system or car you wouldn't have the same issue. It's also been brought up to Spotify and they mentioned no issues on their end and that it must be a C4 issue. I hope we can resolve this sooner rather than later because it is pretty annoying to deal with.
  4. There's only one stream that is ever active on my end and I continue to have the issue almost every day. Example: Go to a playlist and play the first track, once the first track is over the music stops and it doesn't go to the next track. I have to manually start the next track and hope the next song plays after that.
  5. Latest version 94. I think it’s a control4 issue.
  6. Hello @ChrisHenderson I am still having this issue as well. I've been speaking with Spotify support for a couple of weeks now testing back and forth and it seems the issue is coming from the control4 side. Connecting to other speakers that aren't control4 doesn't create the issue.

  9. Wanted to bump this conversation to highlight the commendable work Ari has done for me. I've engaged with numerous dealers, some online and some local. Unfortunately, none of them demonstrated the meticulousness that Ari showcased. If you're in search of a professional who is fair, transparent, knowledgeable, and thorough—even in the smallest of lighting tasks—Ari should be your go-to. For context, my router hadn't seen an update since 2020, and my control4 OS had been lagging behind in updates too. Not only did Ari perform the basic lighting adjustments I sought, but he also rectified the oversights of previous dealers. Kudos to you, Ari.

  11. Hello everyone, my current dealer likes to do everything in person when I think a lot can be done remotely. I am located in the Washington, DC area with a control4 system that is already in place but needs a few tweaks and fixes. Is there someone that is recommended who is very knowledgeable and can handle a lot remotely?

  13. Thanks for the quick response. I tried this but it didn't work. Just an update after doing some research and troubleshooting. It seems like control4 is not communicating with the denon receiver. Might be an IP issue or something similar. I’m able to download the denon app and control the volume of the Apple TV but am still unable to connect Spotify or anything else to the specific room for audio it is stuck on the Apple TV audio input.
  14. Hey everyone, the electricity recently went out while I was on vacation and I am unable to adjust the audio in one of my rooms. This specific room has an Apple TV hookup along with the ability to switch to spotify, stream etc. When I turn on the apple TV audio comes through the denon receiver but I am unable to adjust the volume up or down. I have to physically go downstairs to the control room and adjust the volume on the denon receiver on its own. I've tried resetting the system but still doesn't work. When I try to adjust the volume through the control4 app or remote it doesn't respond and just goes back to volume 0. Let me know if you all have any suggestions or thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this issue.
