Thanks for the reply. Some other strange things are now happening. In addition to Airplay not working in any zone (I have 2 amps with 7 zones on each amp), the iHeart and TuneIn apps don't work on any zone that are attached to my 1st amp. However, like Airplay, I see the cover art on the touch panel. However, Spotify Connect will work for all the zones on my 1st amp, and once Spotify Connect works and turns on the zone, iHeart and TuneIn will work for that zone on my 1st amp. Does this still sound like a Triad driver upgrade for the matrix may fix the issue? Thanks

I have a controller running software 2.10.6. It was just upgraded a few weeks ago. In addition, my old wireless bridge was removed and the dealer configured the AirPlay function in the controller. I also got a new Triad Audio Matrix. Everything was working no problem, until this past weekend. All the music apps work, but when I try to use Airplay, there is no sound. If I'm trying to airplay something from YouTube, I can see the album art on the control4 touch panel, but I don't hear anything. When I look at the Control4 equipment, I can see that when I select the Airplay icon on my phone, the Zone LED on the amplifier turns off. It's as if the Controller is telling the matrix to turn off the zone. Any ideas?
