Thanks for the comments. Having only been in the house for 6 hours all this kit is totally new to me. I don’t know what the root cause was but I found by turning off all the lighting circuits at the distribution box and back on after a minute resolved the issue. Prior to that I pressed the override button on the control units and the lights all came on so I’m thinking it was possibly a Zigbee issue where the switches couldn’t communicate with the controller. Thanks again.

Apologies in advance for what might be a newbie question. I just moved into a house with a C4 lighting system. None of the light switches in the house are working and all of them have solid red LEDs showing. Would massively appreciate it is anyone can help please.
