  1. Indeed my Augusts locks are linked with control4. For some reason the Whne Then rputine is not working
  2. Hi! I am trying to set an automation using MyControl4. When the Yale August Lock (yale assured lever by August YRL 226-CBA-619) is unlocked to turn on some lights if between 7pm and 5:30am, but for some reason is not working. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong or how to set the automation?
  3. hi 1. Yes, when the button is pushed, the chime is played on the intercom screens that are integrated with the doorbell/intercom. 2. I have a total of 6 Hik Cameras in different points of the property, 2 are pointing to the Car Gate and pedestrian door, the otherones are around the house. Thank you very much!
  4. No from the intercom but I could put a cable at the pedestrian door near where the door bell is since I have a Hik camera over that door.
  5. Good morning! I believe I posted this topic previously in a wrong discussion, but I could not figure out how to delete it, so I am posting it here again. I searched for this topic but could not find what I was looking for. I currently have a non Wifi/Non IP "2-wire door bell/video intercom system" from there I can control the pedestrian gate strike lock (Yale Electric rim lock/ hope I am using the correct terminology here). - The Intercom is Legrand Bticino 316711. None of this is connected to Control4. I also have a HikVision NVR DS7108NI that is connected to Control4 and 2 of the cameras are pointing towards the pedestrian gate. Currently, when the door bell rings (Video Intercom), I have to go to one of the two Bticino monitors to talk with the person that is outside and press the screen to open the pedestrian gate thru the Yale Electric Rim Lock. Otherwise, if I hear the ring, I can also see from my phone who is ringing thru my control4 app via the 2 HikVision cameras that face that door and I can open the garage door that is next to the pedestrian door with Control4, and that is what I have been doing so far. That works if I am at home and I can hear the doorbell ringing, but not if I don't hear the bell. If possible I would not like to change my current Video Intercom. What I would like to do with my current set up is to be able to get the announcement that someone is ringing the door thru Control4 either with a message in my phone (I have 4Sight and Alexa integrated) or having the ring replicate in a few of the speakers that I already have in Control4 and I would also like to be able to open the pedestrian door with my phone. Probably more difficult to do so, but If possible, I would like to talk to the person at the door, but I can live without it by now. I was also looking at the HikVision IP Video Intercom kits that are not so expensive. I don't want to spend a lot of money. Thank you!
  6. The door bell/ Video Intercom is Legrand Bticino 316711 with an additional touch screen, no AI phone. As per control4, I have a EA3 that we manage thru our iPhones and iPads. Thank you!
