  1. Hi all I'm new to the C4 world. My dealer has setup a C4 automation in my home theater recently. As remote I got the C4 Neeo which worked flawlessly the first weeks when we finished the automation project in July. Now since roughly 10th August the NEEO constantly loses Wifi connection and i get "page errors" when browsing through the menu. There's no pattern behind the wifi loss, it can happen after 10 seconds after start or after 1 min. The wifi icon on the top right just vanishs. All other devices in the room sourced by the wifi have perfect connection. I did several checks the past days and now we're at a point to ask for help in this forum. Does anybody know if a Neeo update was rolled out around the 10th that might have caused issues? My modem / router & accesspoint setup: modem & router: Fritzbox 5490 with Mesh functionality wired to an Accesspoint - latest FritzOS - no downgrade possible Accesspoint: Fritz WLAN repeater 1200, latest FritzOS - no downgrade possible i did all options available: separate SSID, manual channels, only 2.4ghz and 5ghz not active, etc. In between of all my tests I always did factory resets incl. the way via the bootloader Wlan speed in general is very high and stable in the room - there's no distance or blocking, I can be directly at the AP and the conn loss happens Then I went to my dealer: we took the Neeo into his C4 controller, network connection was stable not connectivity issues - so it's not a hardware problem of the remote itself, and probably related to something in my system he removed the driver in the controller and reinstalled > no change he disables Wifi sleep -> no change at all Other input: The C4 iphone app works flawless. it worked perfect the first weeks until we did some major reconfiguration of some lighting scenarios (adding new light sources, etc.) and i though at around the same time I saw a NEEO release since I saw the "What's new?" section on the Neeo (which is not visible anymore now) Is there somewhere a hidden "cache" in the controller that we might need to purge so that the NEEO runs a fresh re-setup also from controller side? When checking the Composer we have not found any obvious setting that would allow this. Thanks for any help & support! Best Andre
