So when trying to now control the system with my iPhone it states, “The Control4 system you are connecting to must be upgraded to OS 3 to use this app. Contact your Smart Home Pro to upgrade today.”
This is odd because it was working fine in the OS3 app and it also states to install oS2 version so I did and it still won’t connect.
Is there a way to fix this? I really do not want to call the local company that installed it before we bought the house.
They have come out 2 times since we moved in and have yet to get it all up and running properly yet they don’t have a problem trying to charge me $90.00 and hour minimum.
is there another service that can remotely logon and update this for me?
