Hi, I recently purchased a used C4-CA1. I decided to do a factory reset on the device so that I could then get someone to set it up (this is my first C4 device). I followed the procedure in the manual to factory reset the device (hold a paperclip in the reset hole until the light turns blue, then flashes yellow twice) however, the device reset then terminates with a 1/2hz red pulse. Now whenever I power up the device, I get a blue / red 1/2hz pulse and the device seems to be unresponsive. Please tell me there is a way to rescue this?!
