so that must be purchased ?? as I only see ME on the account pages ... or am i missing something ?

I was just upgraded to C4 3.0 and I have since d/l composer ME 3.0 , it keeps giving me incorrect password error when trying to connect to the system , yet I know the passowrd is correct as I am able to connect through app and login to my C4 account ??
