  1. SO the cpu should work when I connect to it via ethernet wire. I am unsure why it doesn't work. I tried and it says that the ethernet needs a valid IP address. Maybe it needs to be configured.
  2. Its all connected to the HDMI balun which the HDMI cable is connected to as well.
  3. I have these all set up with my various TVs in my house. I just had a general question about them. They all have a ethernet port (LAN) and one of my baluns has an access point connected to it. Does this work for wifi or is it just for media content with the TVs connected. I tried to configure it and it never lets me connect to wifi. Also I connected my laptop via ethernet to it and it wont give me the internet. Let me know if anyone knows if this ethernet port allows internet or it's just for media. I'm unsure why my dealer connected it to a access point?
  4. I am connected with ZigBee to my knowledge. I have an IR sensor which I use to connect to the TVs with the remote. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't I checked the location of the IR sensor and it didn't move. I reset the baluns and all of the TVs. I have checked all the connections. I have also reset my router which is located in the basement. I feel like I have done everything. It turned on yesterday with media but it comes on and off, but sometimes the TVs don't turn on. I have 7 TVs and they all work fine except the 2 on the top floor. It seems like some loose connection. I think that it may have to do with the ZigBee network possibly. All of the TV are hard wired through an HDMI balun and I have an IR sensor that I turn the TV on with a control4 remote. thanks
  5. I have a control 4 system with a 8x8 matrix switcher. my router is in the basement and i have 7 TVs. all of the TVs work fine but the top floor 2 TVs do not turn on. I have reset the system and the TVs with no resolution. Any ideas how to troubleshoot?
