If I was to create a NTP server with my router, how would I go about setting the touchscreen to point to that server?

Yes I was going to add a UPS as first step but I wasn't convinced that this would completely fix the issue.

Hi Everyone, I have a system installed on a military base where I am not allowed to connect to the internet for security purposes. I setup the system comprising of an EA-3 and T3 touchscreen (currently running OS3.1) using a 4g router and all was working fine even after I removed the internet connection. I have now been called back as they do monthly generator checks which means they have rebooted the whole system. Since then although the router I left in there has handed out the same IP addresses and the EA-3 is seeing the SDDP trace from the touchscreen, the touchscreen refuses to connect to the processor. I have read in another post about setting the time server as legacy but this doesn't seem to have helped. Is there a way to set a legacy time server in the touchscreen also as I suspect it is a time mismatch between the screen and processor. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
