We have just setup a single room solution using a Samsung Gallery screen, Roku Premier, Sky Q, and an EA1 with Neeo remote. All is working nicely apart from 2 odd issues, which i’m hoping someone may have seen before and have some input. The control of the Roku is rock solid even over wifi, and the miniapps were self-populated during setup. However when using the Roku mini app shortcuts from another source or standby, the roku is activated correctly and it briefly goes to the correct app before jumping back to the Home screen of the Roku. The only time they work correctly is if the Roku is already selected as the active source. secondly approx 1 in 3 times when going into the Roku app list on the Neeo the list will not load, and you have to retry, but then occassionally when you do that it just hangs and it appears that the Neeo loses contact with the EA1, additionally the laptop running composer loses contact with the EA1 at the same time?? We have switched things like CEC on and off in the products to see if that is causing the jump to the home screen. We have run continuous ping from laptop to EA1 and can confirm that connectivity is not lost when both the laptop and Neeo loose contact with the EA1 Laptop, EA1 & Neeo were all updated to latest firmware on installation on 30th July… any feedback would be appreciated…

Hello, first post here, so hopefully in the right place:) I am using the LG IP driver for a 55” CX screen, i have followed all the instructions in the driver regarding ip control on TV, all ethernet is hardwired etc... Initially all went well, nice and responsive, however after a while the TV will not switch on via the C4 (app or Neeo) if i power on via the LG remote it then works through the C4, full functionality restored, it also switches off from the C4, but still no switch on from standby. Have tried basic stuff, rebooting devices (inc network devices), changed settings in TV that may be related, e.g ensured w.o.l is on, basically tried all i can think of but still cannot switch on via C4... Hoping someone out there has experience with the LG IP drivers and can point me in the right direction, i don’t want to have to fall back on IR, as i like the mini-app feature of the IP driver... MC
