Answer is yes, needs quite a bit of programming but possible and extremely reliable. This is what i have found to be the most successful:
I added a scenario button in C4 composer to perform a function. "Turn on THE TV" via Roku in my 5.1 system in my family room. Here is what the scenario script would look like
Turn on Family Room Sony TV
Turn on family Room Marantz AV to proper HDMI input
Launch my AT&T TV minidriver on Roku (i cut cable and this how watch my live TV.
At this point the script is created. Now we have to make alexa "Push" this virtual scenario button
Add the "Voice Scene" driver for amazon alexa.
Add New Scene Name. (This is what you will be saying to Alexa) Scene Name "Alexa, Turn on THE TV"
Once created, we now have to link the Scenario button to the "Alexa, Turn on THE TV"
Go to programming> find the Scene name ( "Alexa, Turn on THE TV") and link the the scene name to the scenario.
Assuming C4 and Alexa are already working together via skills you would then ask Alexa to discover devices. She will find the new voice scene and she will now know that when the Scene name ( "Alexa, Turn on THE TV") command is given that the associated scenario button will be pushed and viola, voice control via C4 and Alexa.
