i found out too late that C4 had a replacement program for SR260 remote with dim screen. i have 7 of them where the screen is barely visible. Are there any solutions out there?

I am running most recent version of Composer HE. i have no problem logging in from home but i can no longer connect remotely (no problems previously). All 4Sight subscriptions are current and everything else is working. i get a status that reads "Unable to communicate with project." My dealer hasn't been able to diagnose the problem.

i bought a WK1 access point on eBay to add to my system. I'm told Pakedge no longer makes this model but it is the same as the other APs i have. I can configure the unit when its connected directly to my laptop but once i add it to my system, i cant access it. As a result, I'm unable to update the software. My dealer has the same problem. Once configured, the unit can't be reached on my network. Solution so far has been to reset, repeat, reset, repeat but still no luck.

I have 2 older Insteon IP Cameras that work will with their own third party app. Can they be added to C4 security so that i can access door station and Insteon cameras from the same app?

I have the same problem with Composer HE. When i log in remotely i get a message that it can't communicate with the project. I have no problem logging in locally, however.

Dealer claims WAP controller (WK1) no longer needed because of OVCR -- WAP now controlled by router. WK1 now removed from network.

Yes. Screensaver shows time and temp. Time ok, temp shows a dash.

Software was just updated by C4. I lost outdoor temperature on 2 of 4 control panels. The screen shows —f. If i push it, the screen goes to the forecast, as it should. I’ve rebooted several times. The other 2 control panels work fine.

My UPS recently shorted (I believe) and i now have no power to my C4 keypads (I have 4). Everything else works and the rooms will still work with the app (power on/off volume etc.) but the keypads are essentially useless. Also, i have a separate EA1 to run the C4 (red button) on screen display (I was advised at the time not to run the on screen display through my EA5). The EA1 shows the C4 logo but does not work. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Do you have any suggestions for recommended settings if I don’t want to replace the motion detector?

Does anyone having recommendations regarding preferred settings for DS2 motion/cameras? I have problems where if the thresholds are set too low, no motion is detected (and I receive no alerts) but if the threshold is set too high, I get a hundred alerts especially on partly sunny days where the sunshine is intermittent.
