Yes, I followed driver's instruction. There are a lot of drivers for Samsung TV but instructions for them are similar. I switched on remote IP control function (if you mean this). For now, I don't know what to do with it.

I tried similar drivers. It does not works (in connections -> network section for added C4 driver I typed IP address of Samsung TV). But still does not works: One more moment: MAC address displayed in MAC Address section is correct and responds to real TV MAC address. Thus, C4 connected to TV succesfully, but I cannot control it via C4 navigators. What should I do in such situation?

Hello. You can create account and download Thermostat driver for free (http://www.yatundev.eu/). It is not difficult. But you should remember that driver is usefull only with Yatun modbus tcp/rtu driver.

Hello community. I have zigbee mesh which contains smart door locks and gercons that are fixed on each door where smart lock is located. There is next situation: I can successfully control door locks via navigators or C4 touch screens but cannot see gercons (they have OFFLINE status and don’t change OPEN/CLOSED text when door moves). But when I put these gercons directly near C4 zigbee server (which runs on EA-5 controller) – they are restored with ONLINE status and works correctly (display correct status – open or closed – I checked it with magnet). Then, I fix them back to the door – and they are OFFLINE again (in the same time zigbee lock works correctly and have ONLINE status). How did I added zigbee gercons to project? – I did it directly near C4 zigbee server (of course according to instruction). Checked it (with magnet) to confirm gercons work correctly, and then fix them on the door. Thus, I have next question: On each door I have zigbee smart lock and gercon to display of that door status. I can successfully control smart lock (and see current status if it was opened/closed manually with keys) but in the same time I see OFFLINE status for gercon, and when I physically move the door – gercon indicator in navigator or C4 touch screen does not change. Why? Any ideas? One more moment: besides main Zigbee server, which runs on EA-5 controller, I have multiple ZAP that run on CA-1 controller. When I put gercon directly near CA-1 controller, it remains offline and does not change text open/closed when I test it with magnet. But in the same time smart lock, which is connected to that ZAP works correctly. Any ideas? Probably there is same reason of these issues.

I don't have sauna from brand. I have separately temperature/humidity sensor, electrical heater, steam generator Relset SGA45. All of them are connected to PLC and are controlled according to PLC program. This PLC, in turn, is connected to C4 controller via Modbus protocol. Yes, I use Yatun Modbus driver to connect C4 controller to PLC. I know, it is good idea to use Yatun thermostat to control sauna (actually, I use it now). But customer wants temperature and humidity control sliders are located on the same screen (In Yatun drivers they are separated).

I am looking for a driver for graphical representation and control possibility of sauna data (temperature, moisture, steam generator) I get from and write to PLC.

Hello community. I am looking for C4 driver to control sauna. It should consist of two "sliders" for temperature and humidity settings. Actually I want to use standard C4 Thermostat driver. But there is one moment: two "sliders" for temperature and humidity settings should be located on the same screen (for instance on the left side of T3/T4 touch panel screen slider for temperature setting is located, on the right - slider for humidity settings). I don't find such type of driver yet. Do someone know name of driver I can use to comply this task (or at least driver with similar possibilities)?

Hello community. There is next task: I have scene with (for instance) 5 light groups - light1, light2...light5. When user activates this scene lights should be switched on/off gradually with some time interval between switching. When user using navigator or touch panel add to this scene one more light (for instance - light6) it also should be a part of "switching chain" and when user remove light from list - it should be removed from that "switching chain". Thus, delay operator in programming section is not applicable here. Any ideas how to solve this task? There is a delay option in "Advanced Lighting" agent. But it is not accesible for editing in actual Composer Pro version (I don't know why).

Hello community. I have an issue with Control 4 T3 wall mount panel. It stuck when starting. Moreover, I cannot make factory reset for this panel (according to official instruction). Any ideas how to solve that issue or how to make factory reset for T3 wall mount touch screen?

Thank you for your answer. But user can edit "main" scene (for instance changes lights to ON/OFF). Then, if I understand correctly, this scene and "system" scene (that is hidden) will not be the same. Am I correct? Are there ways to automatic "synchronization" between these two scenes?

If I go to Lighting -> Scenes (via navigator), then press and hold on scene I want to delete, then I will see Options menu, where "Delete scene" option is accesible. After using this option, scene does not exists anymore (in C4 UI and Composer Pro). Are there any ways to make "Delete scene" option unaccesible for particular lighting scene? One more moment. I don't want scene "night" to be invisible in C4 UI. User can toggle and edit that scene. I just want that scene to be protected from removing by user (accidental removing of course).

Hello community. I have created "night mode" lighting scene via navigator. I want to add to that scene "security level" in order to client cannot delete it (but can edit it). Can I do that using navigator or Composer Pro software? I want do that because in programming section I provide some condition to activate this scene automatically. Thus, if scene "night mode" will be deleted by client (accidentally), it will not be activated.

Hello community. I am looking for a driver for schedule setting and it seems to me Chowmain Scheduler driver is exactly I am looking for. But I want to use in trial mode (to be sure it is exactly I need). When I download this driver (and DriverCentral cloud too), and put them both in my C4 project, in Cloud Status filed of scheduler driver I see message "invalid license" (but I download this driver for the first time). In DriverCentral cloud (project information field) this driver is marked as expired. What should I do to get free trial license to test Scheduler driver ? Any ideas ? (it is the first time I download driver from drivercentral.io, so any help will be usefull for me)

Hello community. I have Kwikset signature 914 lock and Kwikset smartcode lock driver (v. 31) to control it via navigators. According to driver documentation I cannot set scheduled access for specified user becuase that type of lock is without physical keypad. So, using "Manage Lock" menu (in navigator) I can create user settings (with password, access type - restricted, days and time when the lock is enabled for user), but I cannot apply these settings for Kwikset signature 914. Are there any other ways how can I set scheduled access for user ?

Hello community. I have next issue: after EA-5 controller rebooting I cannot restore zigbee connection to device. To solve this problem I should reboot zigbee device (just take off block with 4 AA battaries for 30 seconds and after this return in back in device). Zigbee device I use: lock Kwikset Signature 914. C4 driver: Kwikset Smartcode (version 31). Firmware version of lock: 03.08.16. Any ideas how to solve this problem ?
