I am the original owner; I have two remotes that are stuck on "Waiting for Network" When i press the Control4 button four times, I get 'Scanning' and eventually 'Offline' Any ideas?

I also have two Control$ remotes stuck on "Waiting for Network" .... when I press the C4 button four times, I get 'Scanning' and then 'Offline.' I am the original owner, and have had these units for at least 6-7 years.
