Hello experts and experienced all... We recently moved in a new home with c4 setup. Unfortunately, there have been 2 instances when the " ip address cant be obtained" message was encountered ...this happens during night only when all the lights or media etc is off...please help me or guide me to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

I am fairly new to c4 however this is a new house with c4 installed and running since 2019. Ever since there has been little additions to the system as new room, automated gate. There has been delay in responce time for smart switches and since yesterday the network set by c4 installer is not etall shown on the wifi list. Alreay tried rebooting the router and modem. Pls help me.
