Control4 Composer HE no longer supported?

I contacted a local C4 dealer today to inquire about getting set up with Composer Home Edition. I was hoping to use it to resolve any future network issues that I may run into and hopefully have the ability to manage the system myself to a degree. I was told that HE is no longer supported by C4 and that I wouldn’t have been able to use it to manage the network anyways. Is this information true?
