There is a guy on eBay that sells refurbished units for about $700 - just google it and it should come up. Will be buying one of those if my power supply replacement doesn't work

I ended up ordering a replacement power supply for mine and am really hoping that it fixes the problem. Will let you know when it arrives and I get it replaced.

I almost went down this same path and was advised against it by my dealer. Seems like all a weird play to get you to buy SnapAV networking equipment. Good luck!

Morning All, The whole home audio in my house has been working weird lately with zones getting confused (play in kitchen but adds 4 other zones in the house, some sources not available, etc) and now the audio matrix (16ZAMSV3-B) is without power and offline. My dealer says it's next to impossible to get a C4 audio matrix to replace it and has gone silent on options to replace it. Any suggestions?

Is anyone aware of a way that I could use a T4 touchscreen (10") as a motion sensor to trigger turning on the lights in a room? My office (in my basement) has a 10" T4 touchscreen and I'd like to find a way to program the system to turn the pot lights on when I walk into the room using the motion sensor in the touch screen as the trigger. Running latest version of OS3. Not even sure if there is a motion sensor in the touchscreen but figure that there must be (can't find anything but "brightness" to trigger an action in Composer Home Edition.

New to the C4 ecosystem and really like it but surprised that there is no native geofencing for my iPhone. I've read about IFTTT solutions but don't want to start messing with that. I had a network of Nest products at my old house and this feature was baked in and extremely useful.

Hi Guys, New to this group and Control4. Bought a house in Toronto that has a ton of C4 stuff and met with the support dealer this morning - not impressed. He was supposed to "teach" me about the system and what we have and the first statement was that the controllers are old and you should buy new ones, the cameras are old and you should buy new ones, the system needs to be reformatted and I need to reprogram it for you. Anyhow, didn't leave a great taste in my mouth as it sounded like all he wanted to do was find a way to sell me new stuff. Does anyone have a Dealer in Toronto that they trust to not take you to the cleaners?
