The intercom rings but when I accept the call I see no video. I could right now connect to Cameras and see its video feed manually, but it has always been a bit sporadic. I could never get the video from the call directly. Furthermore, if I call the intercom, I also never see video but voice is OK. So to summarize:
- accept call: no video, voice sometimes OK
- call intercom: no video, voice OK
- view intercom from security/cameras, video OK
My dealer tried a different intercom and same thing. He suspected it had power issue due to sharing a power supply with the alarm system but after putting it to a separate power supply it's the same. He said tech support blames the router (I use ATT fiber), but I am skeptical. Everything else in the house works fine.
Home network is fine. I have 5 APs at the house and there is full signal at the doorbell.
Has anyone seen this?
