Greetings, hope you´re doing fine. Currently, I´m working on a residential project, in which we´re installing a Radio Ra 2 System for the Lights. The client wants to integrate their new shades from a third party, so I´m doing it with an EA1 and a Bond Bridge for the motor of the shades. I have previously programmed the shades into the main keypads of other houses, but on this occasion, they are requesting me to do it for a pico controller. My main question it´s there is already an existing driver for the pico controller for the radio ra system because i can only get one of the keypads. Best regards.

Hello There. We have a controller model HC-250, recently we want to change the remote to the model SR-260, but our operator tells us that it needs to be upgraded to version 2.7 and forward to make it able to work. Can someone tell me if the Controller Model HC-250 Can be upgraded more to version 2.6 which it´s currently operating the system.

Could i use the contact switch in the ZCA-ILD10B-L-ZP, as a dry contact for an equipment; if not what device you recommend that has two dry contacts to interconnect with a device (extron switcher ubs)
