  1. Audio sources - streaming Pandora or we have 8 direct TV boxes that we will normally run audio from one if we are watching games. We have Audio to our lobby, main lounge, private lounge, meeting room. The main lounge is the only zone that's acting up. Is it possible to move the main room to another zone, even if it means losing a zone?
  2. We have a retail shop - 4 audio zones. In our Primary room we have 4 JBL Pro Pendents. It's been working fine. Lately and NOT consistently, the audio will go from 70 to 0 in a slow fade, like someone is turning an Audio Volume dial. When it's turned back up to 80+, you can faintly hear the audio, yet distorted. We then try an audio all off - system all off - system all on and most of the times it doesn't come back. Low and behold 5 hours later, it will kick on and work fine. All other zones no issues. I'm not sure how C4 Amps act if they are in protection mode? Anyone have this experience?
  3. I think it's a config issue as well. If we do the Audio Zones Off - I don't think it's sending a signal to disconnect the IP connection with Pandora.
  4. We have a control4 audio matrix with 12 sources. Most are tied up with DirecTV boxes. Audio - we exclusively run Pandora. (Retail store) We stream audio all day - we turn off the audio via the app remote at night - (10pm - 11pm). When we come in the next day "it usually" has some zones on the screen MUTED and when we try to add another zone - it's MUTED and no way to turn it off. Control4 has tried to remotely log-in and during that time doesn't see the device. This feels like a Pandora or audio time out issue. There are times when we have no audio for hours and it just pops on. Almost feels like it's taking 12 hours to time out. Anyway to ensure the audio is closing out? Or Pandora is shutting down. Again - lots of "feels like", but this feels like a device trying to hit a router and the IP is already taken. I have techs scratching their heads, selling me new $2000 amps, only to do the same thing the next day. Being around electronics and computers for a long time now - this type of device is going to work or not work from an electronics perspective - this has to be computer processor related. Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
