My dealer couldn’t get the equalizer function to work properly. It was impacting the volume level for all sources and had to be uninstalled. I’m running 3.2.3 on a EA-5 with a Matrix 8 zone. Any suggestions?

How about limit being set to off for Output? Does this have an impact?

Composer HE capabilities for OS3

I have a 4sight subscription through customer.Control4.com. My dealer suggested this vs purchasing through them. How can I purchase Composer HE? I’m Currently on 3.2.3 that was recently upgraded by my dealer. -
I had my dealer upgrade to 3.2.3 and add the equalizer. Now volume is very low even at 90%. I used to set it to 13%. Any ideas?
