  1. Sorry Guys for the late reply, and I don’t know how to reply to each individual separately. the question I had: -Is that the only option I have ? -also what information is required to fix it remotely? And what if the I cannot get any of the information required? -what if there is a password block from the previous setup( which I cannot get any information from the previous work) p.s. how do I reply to each individuals replies?
  2. Hello Everyone, First and foremost; hope everyone is well. New on here please bare with me. Moved into our home a few months ago and all was well with my system. I changed my internet provider and removed the old modem that the control4 system was connected too and now my system doesn’t work on the keypads and the app. The keypads still light up when you press the buttons. To have the lights working every morning and every night I go to the basement to turn on and off the lights on the modules manually. Frustrating having to run to the basement in the middle of the night to turn on the lights At this point I don’t need remote access with internet if it’s too complicated. Could any one please guide me to how I can just get the keypads working i beleieve there is a zigbee system used and I have a netgear router that I see the control4 system is connected too wired! I don’t mind troubleshooting myself. Any suggestions please? Anything helps honestly. thank you I appreciate it Here is my spec sheet from what I can see 4 panels that have in each: 4pcs C4-DIN-SAPD-E: 8-channel adaptive Phase Dimmer: 1pcs EA-1CONTROLLER 3pcs C4-DIN-BEG-V2 BUS ETHERNET GATEWAY 3pcs C4-DIN-BPS48 BUS POWER SUPPLY 1pcs C-4-DIN-BESW-E 8 PORT ETHERNET SWITCH
