Could you tell me how to find the status announcement for the Apple TV activation issue? I still can't get past enable Apple TV Control even after factory resetting the Apple TV and following the step by step instructions again. Thank you

I looked all through Remotes and Devices in the Apple TV settings, and don't see anything I could turn on for a 3rd party remote.

I do. And the Apple TV is the current controller or bridge for HomeKit. Apple and C4 emails match also.

I do. Apple bridge version 53. Apple TV (gen4 and 4K) IP version 50. All apple devices are current also. Thank you for helping me. I sure would like to fix it.

Nothing shows up under "Apple TV Selector" in the driver properties. I have version 50 also. Version 53 for Apple bridge driver. HDMI out is connected to a Just add Power switch. I have the driver in the same room as the Apple TV. Airplay is on. Never sleep is on. Could the Just add Power be a problem? Control4 and Apple ID emails match. I've tried resetting everything I can think of. Thank you!

Hi. I just got the Halo remote, installed the Gen 4 IP Apple TV driver, and Apple Bridge driver. I'm stuck at the Enable Apple TV control step in the C4 app. The Apple TV and HomeKit are completely setup. Please help if you've found a fix. Thank you!

I'm new to control4 and using composer-he. I could really use some help with a small project. My dealer installed the Chowmain driver for TP Link, and now I'm trying to add control of the Kasa bulbs to C4 keypads. I've spent a lot of time with it, and I'm just getting nowhere. I'd like to assign 4 keypad buttons to different colors and brightness levels. And then the up/down arrows to brightness control. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any pictures of what to do in composer too. Thank you!!!
