I was able to now find the playlist and the automation is now set up but when I ask Alexa to do it she says “I’m having trouble finding null”. Any idea what to do next?

I am a Control4 user and do not have access to programming. I linked my 4sight account with Alexa and I’m trying to create a “This then That” automation to voice activate a Spotify or Tidal playlist to play(preferably on shuffle mode) in a particular room. When I start creating it and get to “select playlist” it doesn’t find the preset I created for Spotify or Tidal. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
