HI I have a question about this fallback function. I am using EA-1 as my controller. There is only one load connects to 8 channel dimmer. the wired keypad is connecting to a ethernet switch. The whole system works fine with EA-1 online, but it will not working if the EA-1 goes offline. All 3 devices are connecting to the same switch. I have programmed the fallback key in the connection window. So any ideas about this problem? Thank you
