Hey all, we have a problem with one of our setups. We want to use a Binary MoIP Controller with 4 TX und 4 RX. The problem is, we can't use an araknis switch. The araknis switch kills our whole Internet in den City.. we dont know why. We have an aruba switch for all other things (phone, internet, laptops etc.) und connectet the araknis with the aruba switch.... booof internet down. We tried to use the aruba switch for the MoIP Controller, but that will not work. Anyone installed the System with a third party Switch? If yes, which switch do you use? Thank you

Hello, i have a problem with one of my installations. It's the first time we use the Triad 8 Zone Audio Matrix Control. I have sound on all zones, but i cant Control the volume. The products we have EA-5 Triad 8 Zone Audio Amp (third party - no c4 driver) <- i used a Control4 Zone Amp for that, to send the output from the Audio Matrix to the speaker We have 5 Rooms, i connected the Audio End-Points and Audio Volumes from the rooms to the Room Selections of the Triad.

Hello, i need help with one of my installations. Hardware EA-5 Controller Triad 8 Zone Audio Matrix Sennheiser Wireless Microphone with an balanced output Touchpad The Installation I go from the Microphone into the Triad 8 Zone Input 2(on Input one there is the EA-5 Controller). And From the Triad 8 output to the active Speaker. I configured a Laptop driver as the input for the microphone (because there is no driver for the microphone) The Problem The System works and i can speak into the microphone and hear it on the speaker. The Problem is, that there is a 4sec. Delay between my Voice and the sound of the Speaker. Maybe someone knows that problem and can help? Greats Dennis
