Hello - I have a 6 year old system with 2 SR260 remotes, which are pretty crappy. Aside from the super dim screen which makes reading anything on it impossible, the buttons are getting cranky now too. I see the Neeo is the new remote. Aside from the purchase cost of these, how easy is it to program to my system? If I need an pro to do it, how many hours of labor can I assume for this, per remote? Thank you

So I have my TVs and audio sound system through C4 (sorry, I'm not a tech guy and my installer is out of country). Every thing has been working fine, but this morning I cannot connect to the system via the app, or the touch pads. I have tried to power cycle the rack, but no change. What is going on? Everything worked last night, and now this morning I cant even turn on the TV. Thanks
