  1. Hi all, I tried to find a related thread but couldn't, please excuse any double posting. A friend of mine moved into a house that has a C4-EA3 at it's heart. During maintenance work the power was cut off and after restoring the light switches don't work anymore. From the research of the Control4 world done this evening, all new to me, I found that the Zigbee switches (I assume they are) still have connection with the EA3. One of the buttons had an All lights off programmed, and this is still working. The EA3 is connected to three modules, 1 Network Processor Unit (C4-DR-NPU-M) and 2 dimmer modules (C4-DR-DIM8-M). The have node address 1, 2 and 3. Knowing that the light switches still have comms, I focused my trouble shooting on the dimmer modules. Activated channels through test mode, and back to operation with the restore function. I couldn't find any manual (much appreciated if someone has a link), so I had to guess my way through the menu. The Data LED shows activity, so I guess there is something happening. Is there a way to connect to the EA3 to see what is happening inside? Any other things that I could try? There is the text NPU rolling the display, does anyone knows what the dimmer modules are trying to tell me? The so called installer didn't leave any documentation behind, not even user names/passwords...
