Did you do any changes on the project in composer?

Hello, I have the freeswitch gateway offline on my project. I am using Core3 Controller. I spoke to Control4 support and they told me the project was too big for the controller to handle, thats why the freeswitch gateway keeps going offline. But in Core 3 properties i see that Controller Memory Usage is at 66% and the CPU is 4%, so I don’t think the controller is the problem. All my local devices, DS2 Mini and Control4 Touch Screens are not ready. What do you guys think about this?

Hello everyone, I am trying to control a door lock with ds2 Mini but I just cant make it work. I have connected the door lock +/- wires to DS2 Mini OUT1. The DS2 is powered by POE. The ds2 seems to give an impulse, but it is not that strong to open the door, so I added an external power supply 12V/1A, but I still have the same problem?

Hello, I need help on importing a KNX project to Control4. I have tried the KNX ETS Project Import Wizard driver, but this driver is only for Control4 devices in ETS project and this wont work for me because i dont have any Control4 device in my ETS project. So what should i do to get full project with all the devices? Is there any interface i should add to my project?

I am using 3.5mm ports. As they are working fine in EA3, i dont think there is any problem in wiring. Also, 2 brand new Core5 controllers with the same problem seems very strange to me. I am controlling QMotion Rollers with Null Modem and AV Switch.

Hello everyone! I have a Core 5 Contoller in my project and i am having problems with 232 Serial Ports of the device. I spoke to Control4 Support and they suggested me to get a new one. I got the new one and it still have the same problem. Serial Ports do not work, while IR ports and every other device works perfectely. I tried to connect the 232 serial in an EA3 Controller and they worked OK, so its not wiring problem. The connections are OK too. Also the fact that both Core5 devices were new from the box, makes me think that it can be another setup configuration for Core5 Controller to make the 232 serial ports work. So, does anyone have the same problem as me and what do you suggest me to do?

Hello, I work with Control4 and i am having lots of problems with Q Motion Wired Shades. They keep going offline with no reason. The seem to work normally, then suddenly they stop. I have a RS485 to RS232 Converter that QMotion suggested us to use for Control4 Integration, and when we reboot the converter, shades seem to become alive. I dont know if anyone of you has had the same problem as me.Do you think that replacing the device would solve the problem? What other solutions do you suggest for this problem?

Hello, I want to reactivate Voice Control in my system but i get this notification in my customer account. The device has been active before and configured.

Hello, I am having some problems with my Control4 EA3 controller. It has lots of delays on getting the commands. The project has nearly 120 devices. What do you think is the reason of the delay?
