That's interesting. I have no issues at all with the resideo app and any of my 3 T10 t-stats. If I update manually on the stat and I tell it to hold, then if I open the app it's there. You have t10's?

I don’t use the schedules so much. So the C4 app not getting an updated house temp is aggravating. and when I do use schedules, C4 not getting the updates temps etc is so annoying. are you having similar issues?

No solution for me yet. It's really frustrating.

Thanks! I believe so. They were just updated the other day per my installer. Now it's doing weird things though too. Randomly unlocking.

Hi All! I have 3 Kwikset locks. All of them I've used with other systems like Alarm.com and Ring with ZERO issues. Kwikset 99140-024 SmartCode 914 I have an issue where on 2 of them mostly the user codes get randomly wiped. My signal is very strong and the C4 controller is in the same spot where my ring was, etc. so I know it's a good signal too. Does anyone have any experience or can anyone help with this? Thank you so much!

Hi All! My installer asked that I post this on here to see if anyone else is having this issue. I have 3 Honeywell T10 thermostats. The C4 integration doesn't seem to work 100%. When changes are made to the thermostats themselves or using the Resideo (Honeywell) app, C4 doesn't pick it up. It's extremely annoying because I never have a good sense of what my current temperature is unless I change something on C4. Does anyone know a solution to this? I'm told I'm using the most up to date driver.

What are your thoughts on mounting the Chime doorbell over a gangbox? Currently have Ring POE Elite and it uses a single gang box receptacle, but the C4 wider mount accessory is a little too tall and I cannot mount it, goes right into my siding. Without cutting the siding, any creative ways to mount the Chime and cover up the side gaps of the gang box? Thanks! AJ

Hey All! Trying to add a 3rd Kwikset 914 lock to my system and it adds, but no user codes save. The other 2 work just fine. I also reset to factory settings and we re-added the lock into the system, and same thing. We can unlock, lock, and see status, but cannot save user codes to it. Any ideas?

Aside from integrating into C4, what is everyones opinion on Qolsys IQ4 VS ClareOne system for a home alarm?

Can the Chime ring a hardwired chime AND be connected to POE like the Ring? (redundant use of the word LOL).

Thanks guys! Honestly, I don't use my ring for package detection. I just use it to answer/talk to people at my door when I'm not home, and see who is there.

Hey Everyone! I'm going to move ahead with a Control4 system. I currently have Ring Elite Videodoorbell (POE). Should I keep those and just use the Ring App to answer doorbell notifications, or should I get the Chime POE? What are your thoughts? I've heard some mixed review. Thanks!
