I am not sure if it is the same for the Touch as it is for the Halo, but you can try the following. Hold down the power and back button until it restarts. -
Thank you Ryan! This is a great work around for the guest that somehow only see the phone symbol and get confused.

DS2 Call Telephone button

Which (or is there) a choosable button to program the telephone button in composer. Out of all the options I am not sure which selection would be the correct one. If it's even posable. I keep having delivery drivers press that button instead of the actual call button. I would like to program the telephone button to act the same as the actual call button. The below image is just a stock image. I do have a label inserted saying something similar to "Press to Call --->"
