  1. As part of setting up the TL2803G communicator for DSC Neo, I have to access *8 [851] and then it asks for a subsection. Whenever I try any number (subsection 65, 422 or any other subsections) I can't access those subsections -- it just asks for a new subsection. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?
  2. I have a c4 system (installed about a year ago) and we turned our cable/internet off for about 2 months. We'd planned to switch from TimeWarner, but changed our minds and had our service reconnected. Now, we can't get our system to come back up. It's been over 6 months and we've not been able to use this system that we paid a BUTTLOAD of money for. We can't afford to call out a technician so I'm now searching online for someone who can help us. When I touch one of our touchscreens, the following message displays: "Connecting. Press and hold for configuration." Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to bring our system back up. Please don't be fooled by my screen name--I have no networking experience (other than networking simple printers & routers)...but I know how to follow instructions very well. I appreciate ANY help on this! (I can't listen to my music while I clean up, do laundry, and cook and I just can't take it anymore--I'm desperate!!! My house is a WRECK!!!)
