  2. I just bought a home with Control4. Seller did not leave details of the system log in etc and in house screens not working. Cannot log into the app without system details. Seller left details of dealer who set them up but no response as yet and yelp etc indicates they are totally unresponsive to people not looking for new installs. Got new modem and set top box equipment from Comcast and attempted to just replace existing Comcast modem (which seller curiously left) with new one but modem is not able to connect. Spent 4hrs on phone with Comcast Saturday and they are sending a tech in 5 days. System appeared to be working prior to departure of sellers so hoping no substantive problems involved. Wondering if Comcast will be able to help or do I need to get a remote dealer? Advice very warmly received. If you are a remote dealer please PM me with an offer. Thanks in advance for help.
