zero327
I restarted my HC-1000 and 300, remote still stuck waiting for network. I tried #, *, 1,3,4,1,3 still waiting for network. Removed from composer, readded and it won't identify. I typed the mac in, and still waiting for network. All my other zigbee devices working except for a motion sensor. Motion sensor shows waiting for embernet upgrade, sr250 did also before i restarted hc's and removed from project. PLEASE HELP!!!
ftlfirefighter
You forgot "room off" first then #, *, 13413. Should say "leaving network" then you can press the big "4" 4x.
zero327
Thanks, Tried that and the remote says scanning (actually flashing the word scanning extremely quickly) and won't stop now. and won't identify in composer.I have over 70 other zigbee devices in my system all working properly. zero327
I found this in user guide, but it doesnt work to get me into edit mode. But, my composer sets zigbee to channel 15 and my remote shows channel 11. But I'm not able to put my remote on ch 15.If the System Remote Control IS identified, follow these steps. Press the List button once or twice to display the menu options. Press buttons 2, 4, 8, 6, #, * and then press the List button (in that order) to get into Edit mode. Use the up or down arrows to pick a ZigBee channel. Press Select to change the ZigBee channel. Press CNCL to exit Edit mode.

ftlfirefighter
Silly question I hope, but you pulled the batteries out to reboot it right? I had to replace a remote after one too many ooops onto the floor...
