PapaSmurf74
When I set a driver debug mode to print and log, where are the logs stored. I've looked in most places I can think of. Are they actually stored on the controller?
RyanE
Anything logged by a driver goes into director.log by default. i.e. logging has to be turned on for Director, then you have to look at the log on the controller, or though System Manager. RyanEThanks for the pointer. I discovered that the logs are accessible through Tools->System Diagnostics... Just switch to the logs tab and enable the log. Just wanted to document my findings in case someone else searches for this on the forum.
RyanE
Sorry, I apparently meant System Diagnostics, not System Manager. Glad you figured it out. RyanE
PapaSmurf74
Some more information. Director logs are stored in /var/log/debug on the controller. You can access this one of 2 ways. You can ssh using root and the default director passward. If you don't know the password check the dealer knowledgebase. You can also access these logs by mounting the log debug folder directly from windows this can be done by using the "run" command in windows and typing \\ip.of.your.director\log\debug. Hope this helps some people.
